Instant Alert - All parents in the Lakeshore school district should have an Instant Alert account. Instant Alert is internet based, allowing you to maintain a secure password protected online profile. Instant Alert allows the school district to notify you of a school closing due to inclement weather, events that are cancelled or changed and reminders of major upcoming events. The Lakeshore Band Parents are excited to introduce the Scrip program as a new way to raise funds to support the Lakeshore Band Program, which serves band students from 5th-12th grade. The Scrip program is available to everyone in the Lakeshore community. Simply put, Scrip is another name for cards and certificates that are used as a substitute for money to buy everyday goods or services such as gas, groceries, and clothing, as well as for restaurants, hotels, airfare, and entertainment, etc. Scrip is also a great way to purchase gift cards for special occasions. When you participate in the Scrip program, you pay nothing extra. The band earns revenue through discounts that the vendors offer with each purchase that is made. The list of participating merchants is extensive… containing many of the places you shop at every day.

Order forms are available in both the Middle & High School Band Rooms, as well as on the Lakeshore Schools website. For those interested, there is also an online Scrip ordering option available. Visit www.shopwithscrip.com to enroll in the online Scrip ordering option. To begin, click on the “Create Account” button in the green box labeled “Family Sign Up”. You will need to enter Lakeshore Band’s Enrollment Code 8EL157C32L688 to complete your registration. All log-in information on the Shop With Scrip website (passwords, enrollments codes, etc.) are case sensitive.

All Lakeshore families are encouraged to participate. You do not have to be affiliated with the band program to place an order.

All orders turned into the Middle School or High School Band Rooms or the Middle School or High School Main Offices by 2:30 pm each Monday will be available for pick-up on Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm in the High School Band Room.
