Sandwiches: small sandwiches or wraps: turkey, chicken w/lettuce (condiments on the side), PB&J
Veggies: cut up veggies: carrots, celery, cauliflower, peppers, etc.
Protein: hard boiled eggs, cheese or meet cubed, shrimp, nuts, yogurt, etc.
Fruit: bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, etc.
Drinks: sports drinks or water (no pop please)
Snacks: granola bars, jell-o cups, pudding, peanut butter or oatmeal/raisin cookies
