Elementary Cross Country Meet

The Elementary Cross Country Meet will take place on Wednesday, October 20th at Roosevelt School. This meet is open to all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students. Permission slips will be going home soon. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Baker-Taylor @428-1414.


Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences will be here before you know it! This year the schedule is:

Tuesday, November 17th 4:30-7:30 PM

Thursday,November 19th 12:45-3:45 PM AND 4:30-7:30 PM

Conference request forms will be going home next week on Friday, October 16th. Please do your best to fill them out and get them back to your child’s teacher so that we may accommodate your schedule as best we can.

13th Annual Marching Band Invitational

The Lakeshore Band is hosting their 13th annual marching band invitational on Saturday, October 17 at Al Stockman Stadium in Stevensville. 21 bands from Michigan will be competing this year at the Lakeshore Marching Invitational. This invitational has seen a steady increase in popularity each year and it has grown to include bands from a larger region. Tickets are $6.00 for adults and $5.00 for students and senior citizens. There is also a family rate of $20 for parent(s) and their children. Programs will cost $1.00. The first band performs at 2:45pm and the show concludes with awards at 9:15pm

BCD Dance Marathon

The Berrien County Dancers will hold a Dance Marathon fundraiser at Lakeshore High School on Saturday, Oct. 17 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. For adults and children (ages 3 and up), no experience required! Classes include Creative Movement, Kids’ Modern, Kids’ Jazz, Irish Dance, African Dance, Swing, Hip-Hop, Zumba and Yoga/Stretch. Cost is $5 per class or $15 per person for unlimited classes.
