Lincoln Township Public Library Offers Support

Lincoln Township Public Library Offers Support

To help support our Lakeshore Schools, and anyone in our community currently without a library card, Lincoln Township Public Library has successfully launched an online application process to obtain a temporary online library card.

With their Temporary Library Card number, students and educators will be able to access all of LTPL's online resources, including downloadable eBooks and eAudiobooks via Libby/Overdrive, music via Freegal, and our online databases to help meet their needs for reading and homework help.

To obtain, please direct teachers and students to the online application:  https://lincolntownshiplibrary.org/library-card-application-form. There is also a link on the Library’s website https://lincolntownshiplibrary.org.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: To ensure we don't miss any Lakeshore students or teachers, we're asking that "LAKESHORE STUDENT" or "LAKESHORE EDUCATOR" be included in the Street Address 2 field. Regardless of their address, they will be provided with a temporary library card number within 24 hours of submitting the form.

For existing and new temporary library card holders, if they need to log into their library account at the library's website or access services, when prompted, their PIN# is the last four digits of their library card number.

The Library is currently setting up our temporary online cards to be good through the end of May. (Though depending on state executive orders, the cards will be extended as needed.)

When the library re-opens, students with a temporary card number can come in with a parent and ID and have their card converted to a permanent one at no cost.
