This Veterans Day, we proudly honor the dedicated members of the Lakeshore Public Schools family who have bravely served our country.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to our bus drivers—Andrea Gibson, Jerry Hoffner, Tim Shuler, Constantine Alopogianis, Lee Taylor, Randy Toering, Nick Poluhanycz, and Bob Winkelmann—who not only ensure our students’ safety each day but have also shown remarkable commitment to our nation. We also recognize high school teachers Ian Gordon, Mike Schmidt, Brad Smith, and Don Plichta for their lasting impact in the classroom and beyond. Special thanks to Kristi Kelly from Middle School Food Service, Jennifer Hartwell, a high school paraprofessional and spouse of an active-duty service member, coaches Danny Davison and Matt Swab, and Max Paar from the Stage Crew.
We honor your service, sacrifices, and the invaluable roles you play in our school community!
